Doug Foster
Doug was born and raised in the area and has strong ties to the community.  Doug is and has been a successful general contractor with a reputation for honesty, quality and integrity far preceding him.  When the Pine Hollow Inn became available for sale, Doug realized the need for an alternative establishment in Kennedy Township that was clean and casual.  He wanted a place where anyone, families with children, businessmen, blue collared workers, etc. would be able to have an outstanding meal, a great beer all at a very reasonable prices.

Why “The Pine”?  As the Pine Hollow Inn, everyone would say, “Hey, you going to the Pine tonight?”.  He thought it was the ONLY name it could be, to honor the past owners and to keep the neighborhood feeling alive.
